A Few Things to Note

• All plans need a minimum 12-month commitment
• You can cancel anytime after the first 12 months with 30 days notice
• Prices exclude chemical products
• We cover Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham and surrounding Midlands areas
• If you need repairs outside of what's included, we'll sort you out with our discounted member rates

What happens if I need a repair?

Plan members get priority booking and discounted rates on parts and labor. If you're on the Complete Care plan, you won't pay any callout fees either.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, after the initial 12-month period you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.

Do you provide the chemicals?

Chemical products aren't included in the plans, but we'll advise you on what works best for your hot tub and where to get quality products.

What if my hot tub is brand new?

Perfect! Starting a service plan early helps keep your warranty valid and means your hot tub stays in top condition from day one.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
